Cuisine

  • In the morning, you will be amazed to see our rich breakfast buffet with lots of South Tyrolean produce. Our strawberry jam from local farms and fresh scrambled eggs will delight you, as will the fragrant, crusty bread fresh from the bakery in Kastelruth. A large selection of sausage and cheese specialities completes our buffet menu.

  • You can enjoy our fine, home-made cakes in the afternoon, either in the conservatory or outside on the sun terrace!
  • A choice of four- or five-course menus with a rich buffet selection of salads and appetizers awaits you in the evening. Each day, you can select items to suit your own personal tastes and preferences, choosing from a variety of different dishes offered with each course. Our culinary highlights include a Tyrolean evening, an Italian evening, a gala dinner and our special holiday menus.
  • You are very welcome to tell us about any special dietary requirements as regards allergies and food intolerances.
