Our kitchen team will spoil you with an excellent range of varied cuisine. High quality produce, fresh herbs and regional ingredients are always the key elements. From dumplings to traditional Schlutzkrapfen and fish specialities, from pasta to meat dishes and delicious desserts, our inspiring menus are always a firm favourite with our guests.
To start your day, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet. This includes choice South Tyrolean products such as fresh jams from the farms of the Martello Valley or alpine butter from the Alpe di Siusi. There is fresh bread from the bakery in Castelrotto, vitamin-rich fruit salad, a variety of muesli, cheese and sausages, egg dishes, juices and much more to start your day fresh and full of energy. You can enjoy fine home-made pastries and cakes in the afternoon on our spacious sun terrace, or in the conservatory, and always with the Schlern as a wonderful backdrop.
In the evening, you can choose from a four- or five-course menu: Help yourself to a buffet selection of salads and appetizers, and then choose your main course. Our special culinary highlights include a Tyrolean evening, an Italian evening, a gala dinner and our special holiday menus. Of course, we also offer vegetarian cuisine, a diet menu, and various dishes suitable for allergy sufferers: Whether it’s lactose intolerance, celiac conditions or other allergies, just tell us your specific needs and we will be happy to respond.
