Book a dream hotel in South Tyrol

• Your room is ready for occupancy from 14:00. If you are planning to arrive after 18:00, please let us know.
• Please plan your departure so that your room is free by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
• We ask for your understanding that for organisational reasons no requests regarding room numbers or floors can be considered.
• No liability is accepted for items left behind.
• Room reservations are only considered binding once written confirmation has been received. Our offers do not constitute a booking confirmation.
• Each double room must always accommodate 2 full-paying persons, regardless of whether it is an adult or a child.

• When booking a double room for single use by an adult or a child, the surcharge for the respective room category will be added to the total price:
  

  Classic room without balcony - surcharge: € 15.00
  Classic room with balcony - surcharge € 25,00
  Cosy room - surcharge € 35,00
  Comfort room - surcharge +50
  Panoramic Superior - surcharge +75
  Panoramic Suite - surcharge +100
• We apply the following reduced rates for children:
  0 – 1.99 years: € 35.00
  2 –  3.99 years: € 45.00
  4 – 7.99 years: € 60.00
  8 – 11.99 years: € 70.00
  12 – 13.99 years: € 80.00
  14 – 15.99 years: -15%
  16 – 17.99 years: -10%
• If a third person stays in a double room with an extra bed, we apply a discount of 5 %.
• If you do not take your evening meal, € 10.00 will be reimbursed upon notification by 14:00.

• You can pay your hotel bill in cash or by credit/EC card. 

We charge the following cancellation fees: 

• Up to 30 days before arrival: € 50.00 handling fee per booked room
• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 30 % of the price of the booked stay
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 50 % of the price of the booked stay
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of the price of the booked stay
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room will be charged for the entire period booked.
• Cancellation must be made in writing.

Anything can happen before you start your journey. With trip cancellation cover, you are financially protected if you have to delay or cancel a booked hotel stay or have to leave early. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
