Guests aged 16 and over have the opportunity to sweat in the Finnish sauna at a high temperature and low humidity. The bio-sauna is good for the circulation, while the steam bath has a detoxifying effect. The steam makes the skin soft to the touch and regenerates the airways. Our infra-red cabin and experience showers are also available to use free of charge.
